At Fireball 101, we're committed to making sure you're happy with your loot.

If your order arrives looking like it failed a saving throw, we'll make it right.

Eligible Refunds

We offer refunds for:

• Incorrect items sent by our goblin fulfillment team
• Damaged or defective products that didn't survive the journey

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase date. After that, even the most powerful clerics may be unable to resurrect your claim.

How to Request a Refund

To begin your quest, contact us at brand@twentythreeshouts.com with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Any helpful photos of the damage or mistake

Our support party will review your case and respond as quickly as possible.

To maximize the lifespan of your gear, please follow the washing and care instructions included with your order. Fireball-resistant does not mean dryer-proof.
