At Fireball 101, we're committed to making sure you're happy with your loot.
If your order arrives looking like it failed a saving throw, we'll make it right.
Refund Eligibility
• No general returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind.
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled within 30 days of delivery.
• Customers must contact brand@fireball101.com first and provide clear photos.
• Do not mail anything to our business address without authorization.
• If a physical return is required, we will provide the correct return destination and instructions for that order.
• Sale-priced products are not automatically excluded.
Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After that, even the most powerful clerics may be unable to resurrect your claim.

Discounted and sale-priced items are not excluded solely because they are on sale. Eligible incorrect, damaged, and defective items are handled under this policy.

To maximize the lifespan of your gear, please follow the washing and care instructions included with your order. Fireball-resistant does not mean dryer-proof.
